This is a picture of a concert at St. Olaf College, where I went to school. They have a giant "Christmas Festival" there every December. There are about 450 singers and an orchestra. All of them are college students (except for the conductors). I sang in this concert three times and it was amazing. I think it's fun to sing with other people. You have to really work together to do everything right.

This is a picture of me from a few years ago, at the big chapel at Valparaiso University. I sing in a group there called the Bach Choir. Usually we sing things by Johann Sebastian Bach, a famous composer. This time we sang a piece by Mozart. If you look, you can see his name on the front cover of our books.

Here I am playing the piano. I started playing when I was about 12 years old. I took for lessons for a few years and then played by myself for a long time. In 2005 I started taking lessons again. It is really helpful to have a teacher to give you good suggestions about how to get better. Playing the piano, or any instrument, takes a lot of practice, but that's part of the fun. You work at it over and over again and slowly you get better.
