To
play the files, click on the name. Your computer will either play them
automatically or ask you to select an application. Windows Media Player
and Real Player
will play both mp3 and AVI files.
To download the files to your computer, you may need to right click on
the name and
choose either "Save Target As" or "Save Link As." If you have an iPod
or other portable mp3
player, you can put the mp3 files onto the player and take them with
you!
If you are just listening on your computer, the sound is actually
better on the video than the audio versions.
The video files are pretty large, so they may take a while to download.
